Shipping is arranged after order confirmation via enquiry. Delivery timelines depend on the product type, level of customization, and delivery location. We ship both domestically and internationally to ensure our craftsmanship reaches you wherever you are.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charges will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process, so there are no surprises.
Orders are processed after confirmation and advance payment, if applicable. Please note that custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time, which will be communicated upfront.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs or videos for verification.
Refunds or replacements are processed after thorough verification of the reported issue. For shipping damage claims, we may require photographic or video evidence to assess the extent of damage before initiating a resolution.
Orders can be cancelled before production or shipping has commenced. However, custom or personalised orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel.
